Review: Anna Performance Automotive

Paul is a good guy, but doesn't have the necessary experience to repair various cars. He caused more damage than he fixed on mine, and then refused to provide any type of refund or repayment for having someone else fix it right. Will never use his services again.

This customer refused ALL offers to make the repairs "right". He took it to another repair shop and they messed it up. Then he wanted Paul to give him ALL his money back. He had new parts installed in his car (Paul) that were installed correctly and were functioning properly! Yet he wanted all his money back. That is not fair. That is not reasonable. The customer doesn't understand enough about auto repair to make assessments and accusations like this. I am an independent customer who witnessed this transaction. These are my opinions and not the opinions of management. This irate customer is just flat unreasonable.
