I just wanted to point out that if he went to some of the different section of baltimore that he would see things alot worst. You no longer have to inject drugs. You smoke or snort it. Somehow the young who wouldnt inject drugs found smoking it and snorting it not as bad. They start out like that and eventually go to needles. All hard drugs come from cities. They also come south america. These drugs were not homemade.
