Could be a nice place to spend some time & money if they actually honored their word. Joined the Players Club to receive special ads, offers and promotions, but the Meadows fails to send email. My friend receives, I don't. Perhaps they don't treat everyone equally. All they offer are excuses. It kills the mood and its really not all that much fun to go there.

Bring this problem to the attention of Paul Shelly at the Customer Service Department. He will handle your issue and make things right for you.
