I hope you have better luck with the BBB than I have had so far I contacted them about 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything. I believe another interesting avenue that white paper opens in trying to prove we have been wrongly classified as contract workers is that 911 services require a confidentiality agreement something that cannot be enforced over contract workers also working set hours at a fixed hourly rate. These items may be enough to prove to the labor dept that we have been misclassified with profit being the motivating factor. The other side of this coin is if we are indeed contract workers then they are in violation of their 911 contract as the confidentiality agreement is not valid. This is only my take on the matter and it will need to be looked into further. Omni still has some 911 contracts don't they?

everyone has been paying Omni and they have not been paying contract interpreters or paying them very late for over a year now. They will only pay us when it becomes unprofitable for them not to If you are so afraid of Omni losing business maybe you should work for them for free some more. I'm sure they will appreciate that

OMNI has lost california 911 and arizona 911 because they where sending calls over seas for interpretation. That was all on there own doing.. Do not be scared I have a copy of the companies corporate returns.... they are a very profitable company. Network Omni is like a cocaroach... you cant destroy it. also please post on scam.com under corporate scam and look for network omni. I have a feeling that maria and I are the only ones contacting cnn and fox news and trying to figure out ways in getting everyone paid. I need for all of you to do the same.

Interpreter is right. We all need to go and post our experience on scam.com , under the corporate section. We want to be able to refer Omni's clients to web sites where they can learn more about what has happened to us. There ought to be twenty - thirty posts at minimum under the Omni topic.
