Lowell officer arraigned on extortion charges

A 10-year veteran Lowell police officer pleaded innocent Tuesday to charges that he extorted $5,000 from a Westford bookmaker, and as had to give up his gun and his badge .

Probably the same douchebag that knocked off a few bookies in Lowell. It's funny how I commented about this on another article a couple weeks back and BAM! This guy gets caught. Put him in POUND ME IN THE ARSE prison please! They'll love him there. They should confiscate all of his bank accounts.

No wonder why kids today hate cops. I know not all cops are scums but fewer and fewer are doing the right thing. Don't get me wrong I do have cop friends in Lowell and in Greenfield. Like I said not many are doing what their preaching.

If he had won his bets with the bookie we would not even be talking about this. Oh well I hope they throw the book at him! Police Officers should be held to a higher standard!
