This is true to some exstent, but I do know a few hispanics that are good people and work. There are many that don't and act so intitled, that's the welfare system hard at work in NY. One thing that can help Westfield is back your Police Department, call them when you see something happen, do something insted of sitting back and complaining. Thats what will fix the problems.
