My sympathy to the family on the tragic and unexpected loss of their little girl. I can't imagine the pain they must be going through.

Forgive me for being insensitive but this mother could have done better by her child. My toddler had H1N1 and he showed many flu like symptoms. He is fine now. I can't imagine taking my son out to an event like a wedding while he had this illness. Did the mother pass out from drinking too much that she did not go to see her child every waking moment while she was sick? In my town in the news today a mother could not find her daughter because her babysitter put the baby in a shoebox under her bed. What kind of people are these? Seems to me these are products of a dumbed down, entertainment-driven culture.

You're not forgiven for being insensitive. You have no idea what the circumstances were so just keep you mouth shut. This has nothing to do with a "dumbed down, entertainment-driven culture" it's a tragedy and you should show a little respect for someone who lost their child.

Excuse me, whata rock have you been hiding under? How many times have you went to bed feeling fine, and woke up sick? My prayers are with the family at this most difficult time.

This sort of stuff just scares me, my son has asthsma and I have a 4 yr old daughter and if this H1N1 is getting to this point to where the kids arent going to show any symptoms then we dont have a chance to save them. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this little girl.

My heart goes out to this mother. You don't know the pain until you've actually gone through it. My cousin lost her son to the flu which turned into pneumonia in Jan. 2007. I cannot begin to imagine the hurt, the anger, the confusion, and the depression that these women have endured. I can only hold my little man a little more tighter every night and pray for these moms that have lost their babies.

I'm afraid only God can forgive such insensitivities. How you managed to string this story together with the one where the baby was in a box under the bed is absolutely amazing. Also given the fact that you don't live in Minnesota leads me to believe you spend your entire day surfing the internet for weird stories to post even weirder comments on. My advice? Go outside! Get some fresh air and sunshine, take a deep breath, and mind your own business.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
