1 Agreed, she's not at fault. The way I see it, anyone coming up exceptionally fast, especially on a bike, already sees a way around (hopefully) and I don't move. |

1 They NEVER learn. The way they describe this guy possibly passing the car on the right, I think of ALL the young guys on those Ninja bikes passing cars on the left....the the right....then the left....etc...etc... They are CLUELESS and put everyone else in danger. |

4 People like you are the reason for two major things. A) Congestion B)Accidents such as these. The first is the most obvious. The left lane is the passing lane. Quite simply if your not in the process of passing you dont belong in the left lane. This allows faster moving traffic to pass easily and smoothly. Note on northern state that during moderate times of traffic the pattern is always the same. A cluster of traffic followed by open road. The reason is always the same. There are one or two people in the front of the cluster in the left lane doing exactly the same speed as the person in the right lane. Congestion would be releived immensly if people would simply pass and then get into the right lane. The second is to prevent accidents. You are aware that people want to go faster then you do and yet stay in the left lane? why not simply move over? Because of your stubborness you cause people to try to pass in anyway possible. Usually that way is not as safe as passing on the left..........The final reason to move yourself over to the right lane except passing???? ITS THE LAW. |

2 No, I'm tired of motorcyle morons doing wheelies on public roads and passing on the right. He is getting more "respect" than he deserves. At best he was going too fast. |
