The rumors around the County are that the Travis family is sueing the School Board, the State Police, the Sheriff's Department and it is hard to tell who else. That is the dumbest thing that I ever heard. I heard that they are sueing the school board for a million dollars. That is just ridiculous. Come on a million dollars. Can you say Greedy? In my opinion, a very guilty boy got off and the family should be thankful. I think that lawsuits are only going to embarass the family more. I hope that NO ONE agrees with this ridiculous act by the travis family.

More blatant lies from people who wouldnt know how to find their own butt,let alone determine someones guilt.There has been no mention of money. But yes a possible lawsuit for withholding crucial evidence that PROVED innocence, plus child endangerment for holding children in the school after everyone elses were evacuated. Check the transcripts of the court case. You will find that the drug abuser,thief that was their so called witness couldnt keep her facts straight. Her story included things from the future. No wonder drug abuse from prescription drugs is an all time high, it makes you be able to read the future. Plus "lawsuits" if your so sure about your "proof", why are you hiding your name? afraid of more "smalltown small minded justice"? and No I am not making a threat, just a complaint on how some small minded people tend to scream "hang em", before hearing the evidence.
I was not being greedy when all I wanted was to live my life away from garbage like this, but certain people brought it to my doorstep, now they cant face the heat

I am not mentioning my name because I have a son who is in high school. There is no way that I would ever put my son in danger by mentioning my name. I have heard to many things about this situation and the people involved to ever list my name. I do not want any trouble started. I have every right to speak my opinions just like you do. So you can make all the nasty comments and threats that you want, but I am not changing my opinion of the situation.

Do you know how many minors have left false bomb threats to simply get out of class over the years? I figure there are quite a few, I can remember one off the top of my head. But they go onto to being decent adults that contribute to society. My son was falsely accused of this, proven to be innocent, and you still want to tie him to the back of a horse and drag him out of town behind it.
