No Smoke Gastonia, NC	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 May 31, 2012 I have property next to a proposed new rezoning parcel. I was hoping someone could explain if the rezoning is good or bad. I dont understand if rezoning land next to mine will help or hurt my property value. The county whats to rezone 91 parcels of land thruoughout the county to "Public and/or Recreation land" (PRLD) What does that mean to an adjacent property owner?
