Overturned 18-Wheeler Blocks Northbound I-35 Traffic In Central Texas
State troopers, fire rescue personnel and ambulances were responding late Tuesday morning to reports that an 18-wheeler overturned on Interstate 35 near Abbott between West and Hillsboro.
