You say some ask for it. A minor is a minor. He is supposed to be the adult. He is a sex offender. The girl's parent should have been honestly keeping a better eye on their daughter.

And just what in the hell do you mean that the parents should of kept a better watch on her? So, When a woman gets raped i guess it is the woman fault? You are nothing but a freak!

Parent should know where their child is. The parent should make sure their kid is not hanging around something like that. Parents are responsible for their kid until 21.

Anyone who says some ask for it would be some one I would not want my child around . Yes parents need to know where their child is , being a parent of a 17 year old and a 12 year old I can attest this is a challenge sometimes but I do it .
What scares me is that it only takes one time of not knowing and it can happen that fast .
The fact that he pleaded down and only got a couple of years is sad for the north country and the victim . I do believe I have heard of this guy having problems with this before . How many times does it take ? I am personally not a violent person but guys like this are the the bowels of society and deserve nothing . I say hang him by the sack until they fall off then stick him in with bubba for life . I can tell you if he were anywhere remotely close to my home , daughter , friends , or even my dog I would put the barrel of my 12 gauge some where and pull .
