We all know they are initiated into Jail by killing on the outside. When they get to jail they have status in the gang run prisons. Also why not still in jail, isnt there a law for using a gun 10-20-Life. We need to round up these low lifes, put them on work details every day tidying up the streets doing hard labor for years. Not allow them back out after using a gun previously.
