How much money did we give to Scripp's to move here? Now we give all this money to Max Planck, now thats a big gamble? Or could it be a shore thing? Ether way, it's a lot of money that we don't have.
Should we, or did we give these people the right to spend our moneys like this? I mean these are the same people that killed the real estate industry ( our number 1 industry in Florida) by over taxing the real estate invester.
Our economy will not rebound untill these same people can make real estate a good investment again.
Make all of us able to invest in real estate with confidence. Allow mairred couples to controle the taxs on a second property.

Max Plank also bought a huge tract of property at Tradition in Port St. Luice last year for a research center. Of course, this reporter wouldn't care about that. Nice move, these europeans are a lot smarter than the real estate bashing media that calls South Florida home. Frankly, I'm disgusted with the self-inflicted real estate bashing by our local media. It seems that since our local newspapers were bought by out-of-state media giants these reporters are only interested in destroying South Florida. Kill us and then they move on, nice!
