Palm Beach County: Man, woman charged in fatal shooting at nigh...

Am I, or anyone expected to feel sorry for this man? I am sure nobody is thrilled or happy he was shot but after reading the article in the Palm Beach Post and the Sentinal's article on line, his actions and behaviour that night proved he was practically "asking or begging for it"

He met this stripper-Prostitute at the bar where she was "removing her clothes" as the Post's article said witnesses said, she then walked out with him to his rental car after agreeing to have sex with him, why else would this hooker "walk out to his car with him" he solicted for prostitution and she agreeed readily.

He probably did not expect to shot and left for dead, but as a husband and a father of three children did he EVER stop and think about them? no he did not? he was going to have sex with this woman and did not worry about his family's health. Did he ever think "this woman is a hooker, she probably has been with hundreds of men and has every disease know to man"?? no he did not, he put his family at risk to lay down with this filthy digusting piece of crap stripper who was also a hooker, he did not care about his innocent family, or the diseases he could catch from this stripper pig.

If I were his wife instead of praying for his recovery, I would instead be out getting myself and my three small children tested for AIDS/HIV and other VD, then I would get a divorce attorney immediatly, he has probably done this before, laid down with strippers and hookers with disease, and has not got caught, as a traveling businessman I am sure, his wife should be outraged and mad he potentially exposed his children and her to a fatal disease such as AIDS, when he walked out to his car with that filthy pig stripper he was risking his families health and lives.

You have to realize through she is not thirteen naive schoolgirl she is a twenty three year old woman who knows the difference between right and wrong, she must of realized that this could turn ugly and deadly and it did, you don't set someone up to be robbed and not know what can happen, and she could of walked away from this Louis person, he is a nothing criminal, she must of thought she was going to share in the robbery money, no matter how you look at it, she was wrong, she did not have to do this, she could of said no she went along with it she was not forced.

You're right.
It's just hard to see her where she is and to know
she ruined her life. It's hard not to look for an excuse for her to save her image but it's too tarnished now.

i have to agree this man was in the wrong for going to a strip club, hiring a hooker {or who he thought was one} and was going to have sex with her. Yes I agree the gulity do deserve the maxinum sentence for this henious crime, but the victims made it very easy for them didnt they? they agreed to illicict sex in a dark parking lot with a stripper{hooker} with no regards to their safety or health. Your comment concerning "someones mistake should not be worth a life" is true. This can go two ways, this texas man did not know this woman, he assumed she was a stripper and a hooker and was going to in fact have sex with her, not knowing how many diseases she carries as being a hooker most are infected with AIDS and other dirty diseases. Isn't this worth a life? the life of his children and wife? What if she had been indeed a hooker with AIDS and it was not a set-up?, he would of infected his entire family with AIDs!
