i dont think she should be charged with murder because it was not intentional. Because she was drunk dont make it crime. Not saying she not liable but murdr is not the case!!!!

What if she was drunk driving and ran over and killed a baby?

So the first time it happened it was ok and it happened to the ladies mother in law...so 3 babies between 2 people...Time to step up and make them pay

manslaughter is more suitable! its no different than a person drinking and driving and killing someone! they got drunk and accidently killed someone. doesnt matter HOW, what matters is a life was lost. and these women!!!! what are they thinking!???? thats why cribs are made! smarten up mothers!!!!!!!!
