I wasn't pissed until I saw WHO wanted to take it down. WTF business does Wisconsin people have in Avery County? If someone from Avery County has an issue with it, then have the battle, but screw Wisconsin.

Apparently someone local contacted the organization, which is based in Wisconsin. Here is a link to the actual letter if anyone is interested.

They're both in the eastern "part of the country".
Cases like this happen frequently. The National Rifle Association sues local governments all the time. The NRA (based in Fairfax Va.) recently sued the city of San Francisco over the constitutionality of their "local" gun laws.
