Last time I checked drinking beer in a public park was illegal. Were these two ticketed for drinking in a public park. It was terrible what happened to these two hispanics and it is a terrible mark on society but did law enforncment take pity and not issue citations for drinking in public park. Plus how much beer did they drink and where they legal intoxicated and planning to drive away and endanger other people of the community.

You shouldn't be drinking in public anyway. And if their illagal, then go ahead and throw rocks at them, maybe they'll go back where they came from.

Austin was just being Austin.hE IS A CRAZY kid but these mexicans need to go back to where they belong. especially if they are illegal. Austin is my friend and he is not rascist he has black and mexican friends so those two losers were probably starting shit with him and pissed him off.Austin might be 18 now but he is still a kid who was defending himself against two grown men.

They admitted to the officer who investigated the crime and quoted in the paper. "They went to the park to drink beer." so take your little but off what ever you are on and look at the real issues. I have mo issues with hispanic americans, where my issue lies is mexicans that dont want to become hispanic americans. And yes if i had to i would harvest crops to support my family i have in the past and i would again

Bryan, mexicans not wanting to become hispanic americans? You need to look at the real issues and understand that it is incredibly difficult for people of color to immigrate and assimilate into America before you begin to list the number of issues you have with people of hispanic descent. Refusing assimilation has been a survival technique for many ethnic groups since the establishment of Euro America.

There's absolutely no evidence that they were illegal. As a matter of fact, all evidence points to the opposite. Maybe if someone throws rocks at you for being an idiot you'll get smarter. Doesn't make sense when it's put in that light, does it?

So where do they belong if they're legal?

I was born in East LA and still respect my hertiage from where my family is from, but the illegal immigration problem is getting out of hand quickly. Individuals who wish to live in america need to remeber that this is america and leave mexico in mexico.

This is a very good sign,a very healthy way of exercising true American character and nationalism.STAND UP AMERICA AND DEFEND YOU HOMELAND!!!!!!!
Regardless of foolish laws made up to create fear of actually showing ANY disapproval, these NOBLE young people still act responsibility,as their forefathers before them did; to extricate the obvious enemies of their community. These HEROES should be applauded and thanked for the service they have given and danger they have place themselves in to protect and defend their families and communities.
Who knows how many rapes, robberies, thefts and murders these heroic young people may have prevented with just one such courageous act of bravery?
If only other youths could be so bold, courageous and Noble to act for their country, homes, families and fellow citizens.
Yeah, I guess I've always thought of 20-30 people viciously attacking two as not so noble.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
