North Union homeowner won't be charged in shooting

Fayette County District Attorney Nancy Vernon has ruled the Jan. 15 shooting of two men in a North Union residence was in self-defense and no charges will be filed.

About time u have the right to defend yourself and not get in trouble for it. Mayb things will change as lng as long as its not used wrong. This was justice they were n his home. He protected himself and what was his. I would too.

The dammed lawyers protect them crooks and we the taxpayers got no rights even to protect our houses from the trash. They deserved to be gut shot and left in the cellar to croak after a long time in pain dam them. If they broke into a bigshots house there would be no questeions if they was shot dead. We should be allowed to shoot them that try to steel our cars and trucks and carJack people. Dont want to hear about them being underprivleged childhoods because they lived at our expense in projects and on foodstamps and free money.
