First, they move a few immigrants into a city with the help of local corporations who hire them. Sometimes the corporations actually move them here from foreign countries to work for them.
Next, the gang members may work in the factories, agriculture, construction during the day but at night they are dealing drugs and guns to everyone they can...also, burglaries, robberies, rapes, rampant gunshots. Then, they chase out all of the responsible and honest citizens by threats, intimidation, crime, lowered quality of life issues overall Soon, they begin to murder legitimate business owners and workers under the guise of robberies Next, they buy the lower valued properties throughout the areas, live in some, rent others, establish drug and safe houses for their gangs to use and deal Then, they establish their own businesses such as restaurants, bodegas, pawn shops, auto body shops (chop shops), churches, money exchange houses, etc. to launder the drug money and create their own illegal communities. Then, they supply money, backing and votes for their own political leaders (former corrupt mayor and certain former police officers (how's your plumbing?), certain council seats, etc.) Sound like Reading PA so far? Then they are so powerful and rampant that more really dedicated, decent people continue to be murdered. Innocent bystanders, police officers and the elderly all end up brutally murdered by this brutal population. In the past, we have seen Berks County doctors and lawyers, businessmen and blue collar workers using/dealing drugs. And the cartels are smiling all the way to the banks. Aren't all buyers and users of illegal drugs supporting the very criminals undermining our society? Where does it all end? |
