I just haven't got any, really. You should be bullied now for being a 40 year old man commenting over and over about something that does not effect you in any way your just trying to stir up controversy when if in reality you saw any of these family members face to face you wouldnt have the balls to say anything its very easy to hide behind a computer screen if you would like to continue this argument further why dont you leave a phone number and i will follow up.

I don't buy it that they were trying to rob someone and got killed in the process. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

If it were true, the robbery 'victim' would have come forward by now. An innocent 'victim' would not be able to handle the emotional aftermath of having just killed two boys execution style.

I do not support capital punishment, because the government should not be in the business of killing it's own citizens, no matter what they have done to deserve it. However, when a "thug" is killed in the course of his own doings, now that is a justifiable, and even desirable outcome. These two thugs will not be able to hurt anybody ever again will they. Definitely a positive outcome here. I do agree with you. They weren't delivering boy scout cookies when they were shot. They were robbing someone and their victim got the best of them. Wish we heard more stuff liek this happening. As someone is hanging out of the car doing a drive by they hit a telephone poll and all get killed..Yeah!!!!!

I do however feel very sorry for the family and friends of these young thugs. They were not raised this way and they chose a thug life. Unfortunatly their parents are suffering for their choices,.

Funny how the 'victim' still hasn't reported this robbery attempt. If it were an attempted robbery don't you think someone would have come forward and explained the situation yet? And if they were trying to rob someone why would only one of them have a mask on? Why were they found with no wallets or identification? If they were trying to rob someone, where did their weapon go? The botched robbery scenerio has way too many holes. I think JCA's response sounds like the most logical explaination for what happened that night.

A mother and father lost a child. How cruel can you be? Hate to ruin your crusade, but David was suggesting that you make something positive out of this and speak to kids who may be on the same path as your brother. You could tell them about the consequences of his actions, and try to save a life. He wasnt saying that you should take up public speaking because you cant spell. Grow up. Show some maturity, and dont be so quick to assume.

Dana Herbert wrote: <quoted text> No, a gunshot wound to the face caused his death. There is more to this story. You don't kill someone for robbery. You can kill someone for ARMED robbery if you can convince a jury that you believed that your life is in imminent danger, but neither boy was armed. If we could all kill people for robbery, there would be no more doctors or dentists or insurance companies left in this world! I didn't say anything about robbery, one way or the other, being involved in these deaths.I don't know if there was a robbery or not, and neither do you. What I said was that if they were not out on Capitol Avenue in the middle of the night, they'd probably still be alive today. If they were home in bed, or home playing video games, like other teenage boys, they'd still be alive today. Obviously, his father imposed a 10:00 curfew, as he locked his door at 10:00, according to the sister. If this young man obeyed his father's curfew, he'd still be alive today. Argue it all you like, but don't put words in my mouth.

I should be bullied now...and you want me to leave my phone number so you can do so? Interesting. Your post shows up all of the "come here and say that" attitude of bullies. Like you say, on here, people can call you to account for your behaviour without fear. You don't like that, do you? As for me, I don't worry about criticism - it's going to happen anyway. But I am not stupid enough to give you my phone number.

I go to that neighborhood when I go to Real Art Ways. But until they catch the killers hanging out there now, I think I'll stay away. Benita's brother wasn't one of the killers. That is all that she is trying to say. He wasn't even carrying a weapon to defend himself with. He was a cancer survivor, not a killer.

Both points are 100.00% irrelevant. You need to take a course in logic. Most importantly, he was a street thug. Good riddence.
