Siting Council chairman resigns

The Connecticut Siting Council's chairman resigned Thursday after an attorney for a group opposed to a commercial wind project in Prospect reported that he had discussed the proposal in a private conversation last week.
It is appropriate that Chairman Caruso resign. One wonders about all the other conversations Judge Caruso had with lawyers appearing before the Siting Council that resulted in negative judgments for citizen intervenors at the CSC.
