I cannot believe that they (Montana Authorities haven't COVERED! it up) this isn't routine, is it??

Freedom of Speech

No coverup so far and the judge is from Polson. He is a very nice man but he broke the law and drove drunk and injured many one of them seriously.

Not Drunk

It was an accident in the dark. Should they have been on the lake after dark? NO!!! Was he drunk? NO!!!
