Go to www.Judici.com and get into Franklin County. In the Name field type in Whaley,D and you will see all of his Franklin County Court endeavors. This guy must be a creep. There have been at least 3 Orders of Protection filed with him being a participant.

All you have to do is search by name type in Whaley, Denny his middle name is Allen. He lives on St Louis street in W.F. works in the coal mines in Akin or around there somewhere.

The guy may still be a douchebag, he has had domestic battery and assault charges... It doesn't specify if it was a woman he was alleged to have battered.
