Works good, it just doesn't get dried bird poop off though.

I think that Team Clean is the best carwash around. I don't take my car anywhere else.

I like the smell that permeates into the car while you are going through the wash.

well....I loved it up until I took my vehicle through there a few months ago. I took this particular vehicle through that wash regularly since it opened, then one morning they motioned me in and I went through. When I came out the other side, my antenna was twisted and the fender was bent. the brush in the wash grabbed the antenna and yanked it so hard it bent the fender. This had never been a problem before and would assume that if it was a problem having an antenna, the two guys motioning me in would have said something. of course, i've went through several dozen times with no issues. When I brought it to the attendants attention, he let me fill out a report and said I would here from a manager. Later that day I heard from the manager and he refered me to a local body shop to have the repairs done with no charge. I was very impressed by their willingness to repair the damage.

The issue I ran into was with there back yard body shop they used. I called this guy a week before Memorial Day to schedule the repair. He said it would be after Memorial Day before he could. So I asked if the day after would be ok. He said yea and bring it by the shop first thing. I took off work and went to this guys shop that was in his back yard and he wasnt there so I left. I tried to call for 3 days before he finally answered. He stated he decided to stay out of town past the holiday. Of course I reminded him what we agreed to and I had taken off work to meet him. When trying to settle upon another day to meet, he stated he was covered up and would need to leave my vehicle with him and he would call when repairs were complete. Went back to his shop/house and he wasn't there again. When I finally got him to answer the phone the next day, he said just leave it out front with the keys in it. I decided against leaving my vehicle with the keys in it at his house just so it could be stolen while he's out of town.

Its a great car wash and if it does damage your vehicle, they are more than willing to tell you it can be fixed. They told me the brush does grab an antenna once in a while and they don't mind fixing it. I just wished these guys would get a body shop contracted that will actually be honest with you that it might take a month to get a fender replaced instead of telling you to leave it in his yard and when he gets back to town, he will eventually get around to it.

The BEST car wash in town. I have never been disappointed with their service. Its fast and does a great job. Car looks brand new after driving through their. They get a lot of business so I know I am not the only one satisfied with them. Highly recommend them!

This car wash is one of my favorites, and I have been using it since it opened. It will keep a clean car clean. Now, I realize a dirty car needs a bucket and a hose, but I don't like to do that,'specially in the winter. There have been a few times my car was less than clean. Still, on a scale of 1-10, this place is easily a 9.

I kinda like the new car wash behind the Murphy Station on Stadium. It does a real good job, but there is a learning curve the 1st time you use it. Better instructions would be a good thing.

The one on Southwest drive will be where the apartment buildings were torn down, beside the nursing home. Supposed to start construction when it warms up and dries up...
I also love the smell of the soap!
The wash is great but a couple of the employees need to be more professional!

Not a bad carwash. I would recommend not paying for the tire/wheel shine though. It doesn't work and just makes your tires look like a dog peed on them.

I haven't tried it, but I will. I have been using the old Elephant Car Wash on Caraway Road and it does a great job too.
I will give the one that you guys are talking about a try though.

You could try the one on stadium south of the bypass down by greenway equipment. that's the one i use and it does a good job. i prefer a touchless carwash though so i don't go to team clean.

I have been using Team Clean since it first opened in Jonesboro. I average using it once a week. The overall wash is execellent. The weakest point is getting nasty bug guts off the grille and the front of the hood. A couple of years ago I read an article that said to spray a little WD-40 on the bad spots about 5 minutes before going through the car wash. I tried this, and it works great. on 09/28/2010 I was late about spraying the WD-40 so I was right in front of the attendant when I did so. The attendant got all excited and said I could not enter the car-wash. He called the manager, the manager agreed. They refunded my money. Backed up a line of cars from behind me and let me out. It was a busy time. I was surprised and embrassed. The manager gave me a free pass for when I did not have WD-40 on the vehicle. I went on up the road to Center-Hill. Used a brushless carwash there. The WD-40 had time to work. The bugs came off very well. Car looks great. I am happy. I have a free pass for later.

They don't like oil. They told me it would get on other cars. But heck makes me feel better that they know what they are doing!
