'Riot' in Streets Of Moundsville

Prior to and leading to the riots of 1986 in Moundsville was the corruption of guards inside the facility investegated,which is what actually caused the riot itself!It wasn't the holiday or living conditions-it was the control of who brought the product into the facility itself!At least 5 of Moundsvilles guards carried product into the facility for a small amount of money!Did the money they made count for any of the lives lost during the riot or trama caused to an individual worth it?
As i walked through New Walls and P&R where prisoners were housed and the ghosts are still there of the ones who died because of common greed and the Love of Money!I wonder if those guards can sleep at night-probably so knowing them.It wasn't anything like the Green mile it was the Green money riot of 1986-Get the facts straight!
