Hey The City of West Covina oughtta create a "Election Sign Permit Fee" of 50 Cents each!
The Day after the Election the "Signs" can be turned into the City Works office
office for a "Recycle Rebate" of 25 Cents to whoever get's them first.
Can you imagine all the rush of shopping cart and pick ups...
At least we will get them damn signs off the street QUICKLY and
those that need the cash can buy whatever they need for a day!
The City can create the added revenue they so desperately needed when
they created that damn "Parking Permit" for $40 year and $2 a night.
Therefore the City can raise the "Election Sign Permit Fee to
$$$ Whatever they Want/Need!!!

Being a Resident of the south end ( you know the "bad" part) of WC, I am used to the fact that the 4 of the 5 city council members think that the city ends at Merced Ave. Also i am used to the fact that if you call the police around here, you might get a call back asking you for directions ( that really happened!!). One more thing i'm used to is having a tax cheat and his cheerleaders on the council.. I'm glad I'm leaving this town soon.

I live in the South area and live in a nice neighborhood and have a very nice home. My property backs up to the paseos and it's peacefull here.
Maybe your house is a piece of *****. You should paint it or clean up your weeds. Well, never mind, you should just leave WC so we can finally stop hearing how bad you have it.
