Once I had computers that never worked properly. I always resisted taking my bandaged systems to a professional because I believed that either it would cost too much and/or I would be bombarded with techy jargon that would only confuse the situation. West Chester Computer Doctors are now my go-to guys for all my tech needs.
PROS:
My experiences:
Problem 1: My laptop was so sluggish that it made completing the simplest task difficult. Solution: The Doctors tuned up my machine & made recommendations to further improve performance.
Problem 2: My PC laptop & MAC were struck by lightning. Solution: the Doctors declared my laptop "DOA," recovered my hard drive, and steered me in the right direction for replacement. For the MAC, they analyzed and guided me to buy an inexpensive solution from "Staple." All for a very minimal fee.
Problem 3: A system crash rendered my hard drive useless. Solution: in less than 8 hours the Doctors installed a new hard drive, upgraded my OS to Windows 7, and set me up with a more efficient security system to protect my valuable information.
CONS:
In all of my visits I have been able to find on-street parking either out front or within 1 block. The parking garage is located on the same block so I guess that would always is an option if you want to pay a little more. FYI: there is a "loading zone" directly out front of the shop. If you are daring/quick enough to challenge the WC Parking enforcement, then give that a try. But, overall I haven't ever had a problem finding a spot.
So, in conclusion to my novel of a review, West Chester Computer Doctors are an indespensible solution to all your tech needs! The Doctors have kept and will continue to keep my business running smoothly. I have reccomended them to family & friends only to hear that they have great experiences as well.
