Yeah, either she was high or drunk. Because she fell feet first, i would think she jumped, so she was trashed. Why her people didn't stop her though i have no idea. Either way, who cares. If she wants to get high and jump from parking garages then that's her business. Just don't fall on someone, aim for an empty spot of pavement.

Well if you are saying she wasn't drunk or high, then maybe she was suicidal. Either way, no one in their right mind would climb up on a 5th floor ledge unless they were high, drunk or suicidal.

Get real. It wasn't an accident. Again, you don't walk on a ledge 5 floors up step off and call it an accident.

If her boyfriend let her get up on that wall an didn't try to help her in any way, he ought to be a suspect or at least heavily fined for assisted attempted suicide. 1st of all, if she lives in West Chester, she should know better. If HE lives in West Chester, he HIMSELF should know better, and he should have helped her no matter what. Both of them are complete idiots....

You're angry and she did this to herself. She got drunk and put herself into this position. The people that she was with watched and did nothing. Maybe they were to messed up to do anything. The point is, there are people out there injured that you feel sorry for that had nothing to do with it. Wrong place wrong time. She allowed herself to get so messed up that she was out of her mind. She lived but unfortunately will not learn from this. Most people don't. You see it all the time. Extreme sports is a perfect example. These are people who split their skulls open, are in a coma for a month, die 3 times on the table, and when they heal are right back at it. You can't save everyone from themselves, you gotta let the chips fall where they may. At least, that's what i think.
