Now lets go back to EVERY ACCIDENT, where someone was hurt and then maybe died a few year later and prosecute all of those drivers too.

This is rediculous. It is not about sending a message at all.
Worse things have happened involving much worse circumstances around here and it does not drag on like this has.

It is such a long shot between staph infection and the accident.

They almost always revisit situations like this. The poor guy wouldn't have had ANY of these medical problems if his drunken buddy hadn't maimed him in the drunk driving crash.

to bad you could not read the autopsy report....by the way BOBBY did not have a staph infection .he also never ever had one in the 4 and a half years he was home.take it from some one who really knew the kincaids

You really get around jerk, you must be one of Craig's close friends that likes to stir crap up trying to make him look goo. Never happen, he killed Bobby and now he's gonna pay for it.

they are the only ones who truly know...but here is a situation for all you AH's out there. The boys all decided that Craig was going to be the DD. so they go to the party everyone got drunk and then got in the car. Honestly if someone is that fucking drunk they could be thinking that maybe just maybe this is sober like he is supposed to be, they get in the car and CRASH....now we are here he deserves more then 1 yr is jail with 6 months suspended....

You must be one of those people that think drunk drivers are just "kids being kids."

Who ever said, it was a party? Well to my knowledge, we left the bar, and all 4 people had options that night, only 1 made the right one. We were all wrong, but we tried to pull those people out, You may say whatever to me cuz ur opinions dont matter. Ive seen both families when i come home, and it saddens me that this accident has driven both families apart from each other. Put it this way, I am both there friend, to Craig, Bobby and the families. I know there is alot of anger out there, I cant really say much about the justice system, but I know that if you all stood around just and look up for once, Bobby stay alive to keep his best friend from jail. Whatever you want to say about that comment b my guess, im not pickin sides, cuz if it was me in bobby's shoes, my family already knows what to do. Leave these families alone, they have been through enough.
