This guy is nuts and a "GRANDSTAND artist. He is the same guy that drafed the no parking zone ordinance for downtown West Bend business employees and now claims he was fighting the ticket to make sure everyone knew the city was enforcing the law. What a crock!
The sad part of the story is that the police officers that issue the tickets against this ordinance have to check the plates of all parked vehicles to be sure they are not employed by a downtown business. What a waste of time and taxpayer money.
