Anyone live in Bridgewater... pros and cons please... thinking of buying there - any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This neighborhood is full of trouble causing kids, fights broke loose at the basketball courts and they had to be removed.
Gang related and cliques around the area. I do not recommend buying here. |

My husband just called me to tell me about this beautiful subdivision. He said he went to do work for a police officer that lives there. The officer told him it was a horrible subdivision and he wished he would have known how bad before moving in. He said the cops are in there ALL of the time because of the crime.....
I think I would pass on this one. |

Bridgewater is beautiful, and we love to go trick-or-treating there. I have heard, however, that there have been several robberies and fights there. It is very close to the schools, so it's a shame that it doesn't have a good reputation.

I too live in Bridge water and have had nothing but trouble. I have had had 2 sets of padio furniture stolen my house keeps getting egged and much more. The one thing that really makes me mad is i put in for a permit to put a fence and a patio 7 months ago and i have had no answer after repeated phone calls. I Would tell every one DO NOT BUY IN BRIDGE WATER.

Do not buy in bridgewater, nothing but trouble. That's what happens when you let the investors rent out the homes to any and everyone.
