We will defy the Mayans and open the door to Mrs. B's Country Kitchen, located at 403 Luetkenhaus Blvd (N. Bussiness 61),on Saturday 12-22-2012 at 6am. Our hours will be Tuesday-Sunday from 6am-2pm to start. Please come by during the soft opening weekend and give us a try. I am looking for feedback from everyone in the area. Please check in on Facebook or foursquare for special deals and news.

Thank you

I like the remodeling on this inside but the food isnt nearly as good as the previous restaurant Mama's Grill. The food is just bland.

I appreciate the comments on the appearance; however the food is my biggest concern. We had a few issues with kitchen staff and recipes, as we make everything from scratch to order. We are working on the seasoning and exploring new recipes starting with the biscuits tomorrow. Please if you have something specific or a suggestion let me know. I will make sure it is addressed and we truly appreciate your thoughts. We are new to this and will continue to strive towards making sure you, the customer, are happy with your dining experience. This is the hard part about posting in public forums- you might have waited a few months before putting this out there. Now you have to defend and hope that people reading are willing to give you a try- with people keeping their pocketbooks tight, they may go with a place they know they can count on rather then roll the dice.

I don't understand why you are tweeking recipes after opening anyway, those things need to be solid before opening! You can't blame kitchen staff- you hired and trained them.

Restaurants are hard to open and even harder to keep open, no room for errors. Good luck.
