When is this project slated to be finished? It seems to be in a holding pattern as nothing has been done in months. Did they give up on it, or do they plan on still finishing it? There use to be a website up talking about the project but that is now gone!

HWY 70 and Z, behind the UGAS.

Its dead, the theater was slated to open spring 2009 but I have not seen any construction going on for over a year now. I wonder if the project ran out of money?
