maybe a buddy of his asked him, but honestly-why would he think he would be considered? like I said-there is a reason WPD and JPD cut ties with him...and what in the world is there to be jealous of? him tripping over his huge ego? give us a break

Simply asking someone to be Chief of Police doesn't fly.. A Civil Service Test is given and the person with the highest score is considered for the job.. As bad as i hate to say it I would Not be surprised to see Porky Jacobs in line for the test since he is probably smarter than any 2 cops up there now.. As far as appearance, honesty, common sense, personal hygiene Porky fails but book smart yup he has that on his side..

He was walking his dog the other day and looked like he could fry an egg on that greasy head and probably had a pound or two of frumunda cheese under his belt..
