I know that the dog was running lose all the time for hours at a time it was almost hit by car. It was very hot on the days it was running lose had no water or food. The owner did not seem to care enough to stop the dog from running lose on a daily basis nor did the owner care about its well being.

I understand Earl Lunn was brought up on charges but why was the owner of the dog not brought up on charges for letting dog run loose. No water no food seems to be one sided. I feel that Earl Lunn was wrong for taking the dog but i feel he felt bad for the dog so he was trying to find it a better home. If people are going to have animals they should take care of them.
