Who does one contact about the behavior of their employees outside of the grounds? They can't smoke on the property anymore, and butts are ALL OVER THE PLACE including the lawns of homes surrounding the facility. At lunch, they stroll right out onto the street w/o even looking to see if there is oncoming traffic (try THAT in Boston). When the whistle blows, there's a steady stream of traffic out of the parking lot, and they won't let traffic in -or out- of the surrounding streets. Is it THAT bad in there?

Who said that I was from Massachusetts??? Nothing like jumping to conclusions. Where do you live -exactly. I'll come over to your house and dump MY garbage on your lawn. Unless, you're a slob & don't seem to mind filth.

My husband has been at Pratt & Whitney for 26 years. Not all of them are like this. I would suggest that if you are home during the day and they are out there smoking and leaving their butts everywhere that you try to approach them and tell them they are littering on private property. The walking out in front of vehicles thing....that has ALWAYS happened. It hasn't changed in years. And yes at 3:30 when first shift leaves they do not let other traffic in. I used to live across from Pratt so in a way I feel what you are saying. They just want out and they don't care how fast they get out and have no point to let anyone in. Unfortunately I truly do not think there is anything you can say or do that will change the way they are. It haas been like that since I was a kid and I don't honestly see it changing. But I would suggest again, you try to mention the littering thing. You know what they say....KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS and there is just not enough of it left in the world anymore.

Funny. After what I saw this Friday, I thought about coming here to say something. Traffic stops one way to let a young mother PUSHING HER BABY CARRIAGE cross, the other side slows down to a stop. And some tard in a pick-up leans on the horn & screams at everyone. Leans on the horn the whole time everyone is stopped. What do they do to the people in there? Torture them? Not let them use the restrooms???
