2 vehicle collision kills motorcyclist in Cherokee County

A motorcyclist has died following a collision in Cherokee County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the victim of Saturday afternoon's collision as 48-year-old Robert E. Ketcher of Park Hill.

It shouldn't matter if he was wearing a helmet. That shouldn't be the POINT in this story...the man was a grown up and there is NO law in the State of Oklahoma for people over the age of 18 to have to wear one. The point of this story SHOULD be the STUPID people who DON'T watch for people on motorcycles!

Ur right Boo Hoo people in vehicles take the lives of more people on motorcycles every year not to mention the deer that run out in front of them !!! With gas prices now......you people need to watch out for the motorcycle riders and may he rest in peace doing what he loved riding a bike!!!

My prayers and condolences, goes to all his family and friends. I was at that flea market a few hours before it happened, and go there often. It is a dangerous place to be, but not so much that you can't stop and look ! I urge all motorcyclists' to ride as if your invisible, and to expect the idiocity like this.
