A professor of special education says that a man charged in the death of his girlfriend and her four young children is mentally retarded.

He probably IS retarded, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't die for what he did. He wasn't SO retarded that he didn't know right from wrong, or that this woman and her babies were too much of a threat to keep alive.

Oh well, maybe this is for the best. if he was sentenced to death, then he would be protected. At least this way he is in general population and will have what is left of his live to be a living hell. Hopefully, the boys in there will do the right thing.
