Mr Moore is telling people that the city is going to drop it just like he is telling people he didnt know it was revoked, just like he tells people he was driving in the line of duty to play basketball, eat at subway, and finally was caught, just like he tells everyone he was set up. The delegate on duty should have just accepted the law, abided by it, and dealt with it. When he was caught driving revoked he was let out on his own PR but another gentleman was stoped the same night and had to post 1000 bond. Fair and equal? its public record, look it up

it was a revoked license, not a 2nd DUI first off, second of all learn to spell offense.. & thirdly you can be revoked & not even know it, the DMV doesn't do their jobs half the time & send out the letters like they're supposed to & if you don't get a letter of some kind you're not gonna know that they're revoked so therefore you're not gonna know anything from them unless you go ask.

Wonder why Delegete Moore wasn't at the meet the Canidates/McDowell County Democratic Convention last night Friday the 13th?? Seen every other canidate and people supporting them!!!

the conditions are listed on the court order. he knew it he read it and to be all he is a law maker. go ahead and defend him, i feel sorry for him, he needs help AA maybe?

You need to take a good look at these other lying Politicians with fake promises until they get elected them forget all about what they have said. To me your word is your bond, if you lie about one thing you will lie about another one. They such not make promises that they know they have no inttntions of keeping. I am switching my vote on a few of those liars.
