I remember the days we could go out the whole day, doors unlocked, windows open an attic fan running and never a problem

I remember when we all had those so called "busy body neighbors". They were always looking out the windows and snooping. My mama always told me, to be glad they were watching out for the neighborhood. People need to step up and watch out for each other. If something seems out of place, even just a little, take note of everything. Every little thing can make a big difference.

Sure they hit the small towns and rural area .
they can get away with it. Its bad enough in the
cities but in the small towns all the law are
trained to do is give speeding tickets They can't
even use good judgement doing this. So it is going
to get alot worse. We are going to have to learn
to watch out for each other.

It didnt help that a county commissioner in Weleetka immediately ordered the crime scene road graded after the murder, obliterating any tracks, casings or other evidence.
The fact that that case stalled so fast seems to suggest that people in positions of power wanted something kept quiet enough to kill 2 little girls and sanitize the evidence.

I am from the small town that the Denney's lived in and that town is so close knit and caring. You could before leave your car doors unlocked and your house unlocked to run to the store.. not now. You can barely run into your house without locking the door behind ya. Things have changed and its getting scarier.

I was told that a county commisioner was one of the people that seen the person of intrest... by a police officer who slipped.

Sounds to me like that person really needs going back over by the osbi.

being a "witness" to the POI and possibly being the CC that ordered the "coverup..."

Weleetka can't even keep city police office working very long. they are always changing. they won't keep up with cleet standards. No one likes the Chief, you wonder why she had to leave Okmulgee pd.
