I'm a bit confused about the construction being done in Lovington. They are installing ADA compliant corners, but there are no sidewalks attached to them.
What is the purpose of a wheel chair accessible corner if they have to travel on dirt beyond the corner? Sounds to me like a waste of money. Take a look for yourself. |
