You are an absolute moron. You never say anything unless you are knocking my grammar. What a loser. I actually feel bad for you and the pathetic life you lead. You have nothing better to do than to come on topics and talk about my grammar or the way I choose to change my handle. I change things up from time to time, and once I do I never use the handle I just dropped.
Hey Slow Coach, I was just asking a question...and you failed to answer...so, I will ask again!

What does "he ececuted him" mean?

p.s...you spelled Topix wrong.

Understood. Anders did us a society a favor. But to only get one year all because he wore a badge is wrong. If it were anybody else we be leaving prison on a hearse. Tell me I am wrong.....
You're wrong. That Marine didn't even see the inside of a jail cell. An 11-year old kid that shot his father in the head gets to stay at his mother's home.

There are lots of cases of people killing another person and never serving the time you think they deserve.
That's the justice system for you.

Another thing that is wrong with the law is if you were to assault a police officer you do more time than if you assaulted a average citizen. With that line of thinking shouldnt a police officer be held to a higher standard of the law?
Like I said, "injustice system."

Quad, you really need to learn how to spell. It would make your arguments more credible.

Until then, your passion to argue on a point makes you look foolish and uneducated. Thus, your position isn't taken with any sincerity.

And changing your "handle" so to speak, does nothing but diminishes your points. Stick to a name and quit trying to go "stealth" on all of us. Your poor spelling gives you away.

You are an idiot and a clueless on at that. Even though ladyastronomer tried to line it out for you and you ilk you go on and on with your silly holier-than-thou rant. If -today- right now you looked out your window and saw the murderous creep Mr. Anders put out of our misery walking up the front steps to your house, you would wet your pants and call 911. Then sit in the dark and hope a solid person of the calibre of then Deputy Anders showed up to bail you out.

Pathetic. All of you. Sitting in the security provided by the likes of Mr. Anders, who are decreasing in numbers and willingness to watch over your lame ashes, bogged down and silenced by hypoctrites and PC soothsayers, meanwhile lamenting how dangerous our society is becoming and wishing someone would do something.

Coming from a long line of law enforcement officers (including a daughter with Sheriff's Dept right now), I agree with No Compromise here.
This man shot a handcuffed, unarmed man.

Listen I will explain it one more time. The reason I am all over Anders is he shot the man after he was arrested and in handcuffs. That is the point I amtrying to make. If Flippen hadnt been cuffed already I wouldnt have had any problem with it.

We cannot allow our LEO's to do these kind of things. Their job is to apprehend and arrest. They are trained to handle these situations. We have to allow everybody to have their rights to a fair trail. If we start to except this kind of stuff where will it stop.
The Marine in Albq. went looking for a confrontations He should not of followed these people. He should of called the cops. He was a very stupid person (especially since he has a wife and kid). I am all for defending yourself and loved ones with lethal force. but escape should always be you first choice if possible.

Not at all. I just do not believe the cops should be administering road side justice. I sure you would be singing a different tune if a cop started to beat you for speeding or running a stop sign.

Your bleat should have read:

This man shot a handcuffed, unarmed man who was a convicted felon and meth addict that had moments before murdered a police officer, a pregnant mother, and was planning on killing a young daughter...by accident.

You could have added: I am a scared little boy that is continually outraged at my betters who have more guts, are more capable, and have a bigger penis than myself. So whenever I get the chance to gang up on a brave person who took a stand on my behalf instead of screaming for my mother, just like the (soon to be killed)little girl was screaming for her mother whose still warm, bullet riddled, dead body was being packed into the trunk of a car for disposal when the police showed up, and the SURVIVING officer, wounded in a gunfight with this POS meth-head, who after finding his muredered partner was able to put this Freddy Kreuger like butcher out of our combined misery.

...but that would have likely been too close to factual, so I don't blame your lame ash, or your bed wetting cohorts, for not writing the truth.

...you mean the marine should have called the cops like the ones you successfully wanted put in jail for an accidental discharge that killed a mortally wounded cold blooded maniac killer?

Those cops?

The bottom line folks is that Billy Anders was convicted, tried and DID his time. Whether or not you agree with the verdict and his sentence is a MOOT point.
But that being said, "don't judge 'ye" without walking in that man's footsteps first.
I wasn't there. I don't know what exactly happened. Even the video (as far as I'm concerned) is inconclusive evidence. The bottom line is that up until the time of this incident, Billy Anders had a spotless record as a law enforcement officer.
And now this man is faced with this shame for the rest of his life. Not only does he have shame to bear, but he has become a target for numerous death threats, judgemental naysayers, etc. for attempting to keep the public safe in a situation out of control.
My dad told me stories from my great-grandfather on the "laws of the west" during the late 1800s. If a murder occurred in the morning, there was a trial at noon and the murderer was hung by 4 p.m.
Personally I believe that if we had some of the same mentality of protecting ourselves like they did in the 1800s, we wouldn't have some of the horrendous crimes that now occur. Why should we waste our time and money in the courts if there is no doubt that a person has committed the crime? I mean really? I'm all for due process. But when you catch a killer red-handed why waste time with a trial?
The jackass that Anders shot outside of Cloudcroft wasn't worth the cyberspace that this is being typed on. And that is pretty damn low.
Anders served his sentence. Leave him alone.
I'm sure he's tormented enough without everyone spreading salt into an already gaping open wound.
Couldn't have said it better myself!:)

Anders did do his time....though I feel he needed more and that it was his badge that got him off easy. He did kill a convicted felon who had just killed his pregnant girlfriend, but Anders should have been more professional in the way he did his job. Anders was dead wrong for murdering Flippen. I understand Anders was in a stressful situation, but thats what happens when your a cop. Anders should have been better than the scum he killed, he should have put him in his squad car and waited for more back-up. By killing Flippen he put himself on the same level.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Virgo

If something is weighing on your mind it will start to affect your health, Virgo. It might make you feel tired or depressed, or it could dominate your thoughts. You know what you should do about it, of course, but it seems like too much effort or you want to pretend that it doesn't exist. Unfortunately, this escapist attitude won't make the problem go away and might even make it more tricky by the time you finally decide to tackle it.
