Wouldn't that be like me saying that when a black punk murders someone it is Lincoln's fault? Sounds like the same of way of thinking to me. 2 How about we start with mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years if caught with an illegal weapon. 25 years if the weapon is used in a crime or fired. No chance of parole. How many shooters and murderers are walking the streets of Rochester right now? Anyone care to guess? |

1 They are walking because most don't own a car or driver's license. If they do manage to get a car, it's borrowed without owner's permission or is stolen/carjacked. |
