Why is it that one prisoner is being brought before a restitution hearing and parole with only one month to go of a 10 year sentence. Is it because his attorney, Reid Brown, says that he lost the evidence for his defense? Actually, he had three different reasons for the loss and all of them have been taped. The Bar is supposed to be investigating, but after two years and his own voice on tape, it is safe to assume that the Bar is as dirty as a few that claim that they live for justice, the American Way.
Would'nt a restitution hearing be a way to have the defendent pay the county much needed funds?
