It is a real shame that people lost their jobs and will have to pay fines because parents expect someone else to monitor their kids behavior. Want to stop teen drinking? KNOW WHERE YOUR KID IS AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHO IS THERE WITH THEM. It other words be a parent. Don't expect someone else to do YOUR job.
