Pig flu cases are turning up all over and the symptoms are bad.
My friend just had a person from out of state staying over for the Freep Marathon last week and he came down with something that turned out to be the flu. She caught it and was so dizzy that she fell down and broke her ankle and is now in the hospital for both. She is 61 years old. I guess she is just under the point where she was expected to have prior immunity to the disease. This thing is very contagious. Kids supposedly gave it to a flock of turkeys somewhere last week. Don't panic, but you could expect some downtime while you are sick building up immunity for the next pandemic thirty years from now. |

I want to give my kudos to the people who work at the Hazel Park Library. They are always ready to help whether its finding a book or a website. I've come to expect a true professionalism when ever I find myself at the Hazel Park Library.
