Homatas, families still are awaiting trial

For homatas to sit in court and say nothing when he had a chance to apologize is the most cowardly action i have ever seen. at least turn around and apolo0gize for what you have done. that is just a bitch ass move. he sat there the whole trial with his head down convincing himself that he does not remember what happened, when he new damn well what happened. i hope the worst for him in prison, and i hope he gets rapped every morning and night for trying to put the blame on johnny c..

You know to make him apologize to verbally say that it hurts because he knows what he has done, it is almost one of those things that are better left to say. He is a great kid and there is alot the press does not cover and many people don't know that so you cant judge just based of what you have read in the paper.

Who do you think is paying for his attorney??? Mommy is !! Why not have your son take responsability for his actions instead of trying to worm his way out of it ?!! When you test positive for pot when you are under house arrest...that means you smoked pot !!! Don't tell me that she couldn't figure that out. He is what he is because he was brought up that way. She has enabled him so much that he doesn't think he should care what he does...she will bail him out nomatter what. What a JOKE

For those of you who still claim Homatas was not the driver, ask yourself this... John C. was lying on the east side of the road, thats the passenger side of the vehicle, and when dragged out John H was brought to the west side of the road. There was hair and pieces of skull on the A post, which is the post between the windshield and front side window, and windshield of the passenger side of the car which coincide with the headwound suffered by John C, witnessed by me, who was on the east shoulder of the road, and John H. was somewhat pinned underneath the steering wheel, which as we all know is on the drivers side, when pulled out. If John C. was driving, and John H. was the passenger, why would someone pull them out of their supposed respective seats and then continue to drag them to opposite sides of the road from where they were supposedly sitting in the car? Furthermore, how would someone explain drag marks in the debris field and broken glass from the drivers side to where Homatas was dragged, and vice versa for John C? I can't begin to speculate as to why John H. claims what he claims, All I know is what I saw first hand that night. I know what I did, I know what I saw, I know what I heard, I know what I documented, and I know what I testified to in a court of law. There were only a couple of people there before me, not counting the unfortunate victims of the accident. The Judge and jury got the facts right, end of story.

Furthermore, the individual who dragged the two men from the vehicle are two of the bravest individuals I have ever met, I should only hope to be so lucky someone of their character would drive up on a scene in which I was involved in an accident like this one. Those of you who see fit to pick them apart and attack his and her character and bravery have no shame. Put yourself in his and his wife's shoes. I had the pleasure of his acquaintance and was honored to shake his hand, regardless of the atrocities committed by the individual he dragged out. He is a true hero and should be recognized as such.

Everyone makes mistakes, I agree. BUT not everyone has a bad driving record, cocaine, marijuana, and alcohol in their system speeding up a hill in the middle of the night. This kid should own up to what he has done.
