Man found guilty in beating death of homeless man
A jury found a Chicago man guilty of first-degree murder Thursday in the bludgeoning death of a 33-year-old homeless man in 2000. via WLS-AM Chicago

what about the DNA samples?

There isn't always DNA! Expecially after a body is found lying after several days? They had the guy on a wire confessing to it as well as three witnesses and the defendants fingerprint on a tire iron.

I remembered watching something on 60 Minutes about a video craze called "Bum Fights" where people go up to unsuspecting homeless people and beat them and/or bribe them into being beaten by offering them a sandwich or a bottle of booze. It was absolutely sickening.
