Cost me like $500 for them to tell me it was worth $312k, my RE agent thought it was worth more, so we listed it for $369k, closed on $342k, oh yeah and I listed it on a Friday and had my offer that Sunday.

The buyers is less, but the sellers are more. I saw a lot of houses list too over prices. If you want to sell house fast, I think you should price it right

We sold our house last year after being on the market for one day. We thoroughly researched home prices with our realtor and put on the market for what we thought was a reasonable price. Obviously, the buyers agreed. We ended up within a $1,000 of exactly what we wanted it to sell for.
